1. Introduction
This return and refund policy applies to all purchases made through the BeldiMade platform, operated by BeldiMade SARL. By using our platform, you agree to the terms of this policy.
2. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Moroccan regulations, buyers have a right of withdrawal of 7 days from the receipt of their order, without having to provide a reason. To exercise this right, the buyer must notify BeldiMade SARL of their decision by email or by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return.
4. Return Procedure
- Notification: The buyer must contact BeldiMade customer service at retours@beldimade.com to initiate a return. The customer will receive a return form to complete and include in the returned package.
- Shipping: Returned items must be shipped to the address provided by customer service within 14 days of the withdrawal notification. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except if the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
- Receipt and Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned items, BeldiMade or its partners will inspect the products to ensure they meet the return conditions.
5. Refunds
Once the return is accepted and inspected, BeldiMade will refund the purchase amount, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Discounted or sale items
- Perishable products (e.g., food)
7. Defective or Incorrect Items
If the buyer receives a defective item or an item that does not match the description, they must immediately contact BeldiMade SARL at retours@beldimade.com, providing photos of the item and a description of the problem. BeldiMade will arrange for a return or replacement.
